Mudgee Disability Support Service Inc. - Quality of Life, Integration and Empowerment in the Community

About Us
Mudgee Disability Support Service aims to maximise life's opportunities for persons with a disability by providing support, training and guided assistance for them to meet their individual goals and aspirations.
We are a not-for-profit professional and flexible organisation covering the Mid-Western area including Mudgee, Gulgong, Kandos that is ready for the exciting changes that we face as the Australian disability sector undergoes significant changes.
MDSS works with the community to continuously explore opportunities to help each person achieve their personal goals and to live independent and successful lives. We aim to empower people to make their own decisions and exercise their highest level of self-determination with support from their family and community networks.
A Person Centred Plan (PCP) is developed after meeting with the client and their family and/or advocate which is designed specifically with the clients wants and needs in mind. This plan is re-assessed regularly and new goals may be set or extended depending on the outcome of the assessment.
Mudgee Disability Support Service clients have the opportunity to work one-on-one with our person centred team to achieve their goals and develop new skills at their own pace.
Our staff are highly motivated, extensively trained and committed to meeting the needs of each and every client.
'Every client has a voice - every client has a choice'
